President John Redford and Vice-President Dan Ruda are the original developers as well as owners of Thousand Hills. They are actively involved in making the golf course and resort a world-class facility. Redford has been living in Branson since 1958. He attended Southwest Missouri State University, and has extensive knowledge and experience in residential construction, project management, site selection, marketing, concepts and permitting.

Dan Ruda shifted to Branson from Kansas City in 1985. Both Redford and Ruda became partners in 1989, their complementary backgrounds resulting in development of many resort, residential, condominium, commercial and golf developments.
